Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

You may use Ordwell to browse and buy finished, no-brand home-organizing products for personal or business use, and to manage a membership. You must provide accurate details and not misuse the site.

2. No installation or trade service

Ordwell sells goods only. We do not offer, arrange or accept requests for on-site installation, assembly, fitting, quotes, or building, structural, electrical, gas or plumbing work. Please do not ask us to perform or advise on such work — we cannot.

3. Product boundaries

• We do not sell power tools, raw fixings/hardware, load-bearing structural parts, or electrical, gas or plumbing components.
• Products must not be used for structural, load-bearing, electrical, gas or plumbing purposes.

4. No-brand and intellectual property

All products are generic, no-brand items without third-party logos, trademarks or protected designs. You may not use our site content, imagery or copy without permission.

5. Prohibited activity

• No fraud, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment details.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or admin area.
• No resale misrepresentation of our goods as an installation or trade service.

6. Enforcement
