+Do you install the products for me?
No. Ordwell is a retail store for finished, no-brand organizing goods. We never provide on-site installation, assembly or trade services. You set the products up yourself in minutes.
+What currency are prices in?
Every price on the store is in US dollars (USD), including products, memberships and shipping.
+How do wall shelves and hooks stay up?
Each mounting product lists a rated maximum load. You check the wall, choose the right fixings and mount it. See Product Safety & Disclaimers for the full guidance.
+What is your return window?
30 days as standard, extended to 60 days on Order Plus and 90 days on Fit-Out Pro. See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
+Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on our site. We only receive the payment result.
+Do memberships give me credits?
No. Memberships are service subscriptions — member pricing, shipping and returns perks only. There are no credits, stored value or cashable balances.
