1. Mounting and load ratings

Wall shelves, over-door rails, hooks and similar items carry a stated maximum load. You are responsible for:

• Judging your wall type and condition, and finding studs or joists where needed.
• Selecting the correct fixings for your wall (we do not supply structural fixings).
• Installing the item correctly and staying within its rated limit.

Ordwell does not provide installation and is not responsible for damage to walls, property or items caused by incorrect installation or by exceeding the rated limit.

2. No-drill and adhesive products

No-drill and adhesive items list a maximum weight and suitable surfaces. Adhesion is not guaranteed on damp, flaking, freshly painted, textured or tiled surfaces. Follow the cure time before loading.

3. Vacuum and compression bags

Vacuum/compression bags are not toys. Keep them away from children to avoid suffocation risk. They do not guarantee a permanent airtight seal and contents may partially re-expand over time.

4. No structural, electrical, gas or plumbing use

Our products are finished home-organizing goods. They must not be used for load-bearing, structural, electrical, gas or plumbing purposes, and we do not sell parts for such work.

5. Children and small parts

Kits containing small parts are not suitable for young childrenand may pose a choking hazard. Kids' room kits carry age guidance on small components. Keep small parts and packaging away from infants.

6. General use

Use each product only for its intended organizing purpose and follow any included instructions. If a product arrives damaged or a part is missing, stop using it and contact support@reggrone.shop.
