1. Who we are

2. What we sell — and what we do not

Ordwell is a retail store for finished, no-brand home-organizing products: storage, wall and over-door organizing, and desk and cable tidy goods, all priced in USD.

• No installation or trade service. We do not provide any on-site installation, assembly, fitting, quoting or contracting service, and we do not carry out or advise on building, structural, electrical, gas or plumbing work.
• We do not sell power tools, raw hardware/fixings, load-bearing structural parts, or electrical, gas or plumbing components.
• All goods are generic, no-brand items with no third-party logos or protected designs.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the item only; shipping is added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order before dispatch. A contract forms when we confirm your order.

4. Memberships

Order Plus and Fit-Out Pro are recurring service subscriptions billed in USD (monthly or yearly). Benefits are service benefits — member pricing, shipping and returns perks — and are not credits, stored value or a cashable balance. Benefits apply to the current term and do not carry over. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid term.

5. Mounting, load ratings and safe use

Wall shelves, over-door rails and hooks carry a stated maximum load. You are responsible for checking the wall type, locating studs where needed, choosing the correct fixings and installing within the rated limit. Full safety terms are in our Product Safety & Disclaimers.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the site must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 to place an order. The store is not available to children under 13. Anyone aged 13–17 may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

9. Liability

We provide goods with reasonable care and to their described specification. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, use outside a product's rated limit, or use contrary to instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
